This bracelet contains the following Crystals; Amethyst, Sodalite, Clear Quartz, Green Aventurine, Yellow Jade, Carnelian and Red Jasper making up the 7 Chakras. It is lined with Volcanic Lava Rock Beads which are incredibly powerful grounding stones.
